11.11.2008 How have my first few days been going you ask? Well read the entry to find out! Yesterday, the tenth of November, was my first full day working at BioStatek. It was an eary start, the earliest I've woken up in months, 730am! After shaking off the cobwebs and getting some bread and local organic honey in my stomach, I was ready to start the day. It started with a tour of the village in which Vojtečh lives.His farm isn't like a typical American farm, big house and a big house, surrounded by fields. His house is simple, situated in the village itself.
